My elderly mother aged above ** years had an accident at Vibes banjara hills premises as she has slipped and fallen off pedicure chair on * july ****, she was taken to the hospital in an ambulance by my dad who is ** years. She has undergone surgery for hip and left leg due to the incident at the premises on *thjuly **** at **pm appointment. Your staff are trying their best to cover up the negligence and breach of care and w and hs who do do not have safety protocols nor proper equipment to care for the elderly clients. I spoke to customer care officer Sumeeta Rajgian who was not only rude and not willing to compensate. She is struggling now and on high care needs after being in Rehab nursing home for almost two months after operation
