Soundarya filed complaint against Vibes Healthcare Limited on Mar 7, 2024
They made me pay **k for * laser maintenance sessions but have registered for only * sessions in their system and gave me a screenshot of the bill hiding the number of sessions. Their employee who has done this left the company and the company is not willing to provide the other * sessions I have paid for, saying that they are not registered in the system. I have raised this issue with all their managers, spoke to the customer care, different center managers saying that they cheated me and are not proving the services I have paid for. I have provided all the screenshots and spoke to their multiple stakeholders and all they are doing is making me go in circles without providing any resolution since * and a half year. I have asked for refund for all the other unavailed services I have with them and they are not even providing that. They dont even pick up my calls and respond to my messages properly. Its very unprofessional and frustating to not get the services I have paid for and also not get the refund for the rest of the services so that I dont need to visit their center. They just want to loot people
