I have opted for treatment from vibes gachibowli and they asked me to take a loan from their tied up merchant capital float for an amount of ***** INR. I provided my details to the vibes team for processing of loan but they reverted back to me stating loan didn't get approved stating account details provided were incorrect. So I paid them entire treatment amount through my debit card. Later from my bank account amount got debited stating for a monthly EMI towards loan from the capital float. I called vibes regarding this as they said the loan was canceled earlier, I contacted the capital float team regarding the same they said loan amount was disbursed to vibes account. Vibes team denied that no amount was credited to their account for ** months and now they accepted that amount got credited to their account but are denying to repay it. Again I got a call from vibes stating they would credit amount to my account and to repay it to the capital float but till now they haven't credited any amount to my account when I'm trying to reach them they are not answering my calls.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
