Nobroker - Mover and packer no brocker took money and didn t provide service worth Rs 3000

This is in concern that on **th May, ** I have been cheated by Movers and packers provided by Nobrocker.com
Here I have opted for furniture transfer which includes * items worth Rs
****, items are- double bed, * mattress, one office chair, one cooler and one sofa cum bed.my order id of nobroker is - Booking Id: HSPM-********

Issue is maha Laxmi vendor hired by nobrocker came and told sofa is heavy and we can't lift, I called nobrocker and they told - sofa you have opted not sofa cum bed , also tempu is filled and can't have enough space, also there will be another route for your sofa cum bed and we can't pay for it so we are cancelling your sofa without paying any penny from the list. I explained them that if I am paying * items for **** and one of the bigger item you are cancelling so you should deduct amount from Rs. ****, * seater sofa you are considering. They are disconnect the call, I called again and raise complaint and they told we have recorded session so we are right and we can't show you.
I went to police station and Mr. Anil, head constable from Madipur police station called them and asked to resolve or cancel the order and refund as you haven't started the transfer process and they told him- we will not refund anything, not even a Penny. I came from police station

They simply cancelled my sofa and it is lying on rented house and haven't paying for any amount from the list I have payed for

This is completely cheating fraud and harrasment caused to laymen like me

Please help to resolve the issue as I am helpless and need your support to resolve.
