We recently moved into an apartment managed by NoBroker, which was supposed to include deep cleaning, pest control, and an inspection check as part of their services before moving in. Upon moving in, it became clear that not only had pest control been overlooked, but we also encountered other issues, including a broken door stopper and leaking taps, indicating that the promised pre-move-in conditions were not fully met. Despite numerous emails and WhatsApp messages seeking resolution, the response from the NoBroker team has been lackluster, with our case being passed from one representative to another without any substantive action being taken.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
