Flipkart - Motorola Turbo Charger Ineffective working with 18 days of delivery

Have purchased Motorola turbo Charger from flipkart for ****/- on *th July and in ** days it's stopped working I. E not charging up the phones. Now when asking both Flipkart and Motorola person they say Flipkart (** days replacement warranty) and in product description it's clearly mentioned One month warranty from manufacturer in Flipkart portfolio... Over now talking to their customers care both of them pushing to talk to each other... Flipkart says it's Motorola to replace and Motorola says Flipkart will replace.... Since still one month warranty is there... So want the issue to be solved at earliest....
