Ishani Bharti filed complaint against Apple on Nov 27, 2021
Before i bought an ipad. Within a year it stopped working out of the blue. Took the customer care they said motherboard dead. But fortunately the device was in warranty so I got a replacement. Last year in may i bought my iphone worth **k. Now again it stopped working. The service centre is ***km away from my town. I called a guy there he said come by **. Now i took the train .went there at ** then he said ma'am nobody is available so your work will be done after * o'clock. I mean seriously? I travelled ***km to get there. Plus they sent me somewhere else at their other servive centre. Being a girl it was difficult for me. Now there they said the mother board is gone and they can't do anything and replacement is for **k. I mean seriously ?? I paid **k for what? For this low quality service? My Samsung half the cost is running well since last * years. And this Apple can't even last a year properly. I mean why do you treat your customers as slaves. I want a replacement free of cost. Because it's not my fault to invest in you.
