Dear Madam,

Since there is no mistake of mine and mistake from your making of M**S even now the new mobile is not available in your Samsung store also. The age of phoen is just * years @ ***** *hivh is horrible to hear. Not only my device almost all devices facing same issue and so they stopped even supply of the same continuing proceedings and superceding models.

These are just an examples I am giving you out. You are using extra ordinary logic by making phones that work for an year with no problems so that at time of warranty no claim will be made then like this you charge.
And it's your duty to get it done at free of cost.

In present market there is no such phone company facing like this issue especially after ur worst updates and I am doubtful whether all of samsung employees are using samsung or not. Let me know if you can reply anything for this. I will just keep waiting for your response. Many to say but will be informed through legally as busy in collecting all required data..

My only strong request or demand is to rectify my issue which got due to you at free of cost. It's simple and it's upto you whether you make it complicate or leave it as it is.

They are closing complaint posted on NCH stating handset issue but not motherboard issue lodged almost * replied the same stating **% discount not accepted, handset issue, restart issue.
