On **th April,**** at around *:** p.m. we received a notification from the Task Bar of my screen of a Lockdown Sale provided from Amazon, of duration * hour. All the items were on a HUGE discount. We ordered a DELL Inspiron **** (*th Gen) laptop of Rs.****/- from the same. First, we entered our house address and phone number details, then we proceeded for the transaction. For the transaction process, we opted for Debit Card Payment of SBI bank account and entered the details like CVV no. .Then when we submitted all our details and clicked for the delivery process, the site got crashed. We received the message from the bank that the amount of Rs.****/- has been withdrawn (...because we got a discount of Rs. **/- through Paytm) but no message received from the Amazon like your "order has been placed". Also, we checked the Paytm app and there also it was shown that "Successfully transaction done to Amazon Pay of Rs.****/-". I have also informed to the Amazon site and they told me that it was a phishing site which was using their name and will definitely make the website block. Then they suggested me to raise a complaint on voxya.com so that the money can be refunded back to me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
