Hi Team, Have booked the air india flight ticket from Kolkata to Chandigarh via Delhi on **th May **** costing rs ** thousand three hundred eighty one, e ticket no: *************. The flight got rescheduled to **th May **** due to Kolkata government restrictions in lockdown. However, on **th May **** the flight did not take off. There was no message from Air India team about cancellation of flight. Upon several requests made to Air India team for refund through emails there was no solution given, then we escalated to Kolkata airport manager and public grievance officer who directed Air india team to proceed for refund. After this also they did not resolve the issue and sent an email saying the amount is locked in wallet and can be used within one year for future travel which is unacceptable. We need refund, why they are holding my hard earned money with them, I need it back. Requesting for your help.
