I have booked a hotel last friday. They have deducted the money from my account but did not send the otp. So the hotel did not allow me to check in. After that the company assured me that they will refund the money within * days. Till I did not get that and now I am unable to contact with them even. They are not receiving the phone.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
