I have parchaed good from reliance smart point on ** nov ****, and i have been used sodexo card for making payment, payment has been done from my side and money has deducted from my sodexo account, but in smart point system is hanged, after some time they have been restarted the system, after restart the system, it is asking for payment again. the person and store manager asked me to the payment again , they will put the call lock (refund the previous payment) for previous payment.
now situation is that they are telling they has been done process from there side but still i did not got the money refund back.
