TUSHAR SAHU filed complaint against Yatra.com on Jul 11, 2022
I booked a train from Durg to Nashik on *th June from yatra.com. The date of the train was on **th July which got cancelled. After which I processed for train cancellation and refund on *th July. Today is the **th, still my refund has not been received. I paid with amazon wallet to yatra.com. I mailed yatra.com * to * times (rail@yatra.com) yatra also got reply but no refund. They have no customer support at all.
