Red Bus - Money refund

I tried to book the bus ticket from guntur to Hyderabad using red bus app, money rs/-*** debited and paid through Google pay and tickets not confirmed, and nor my refund done.when asked in bank the transaction is done in name of red bus, redbus@axisbank google pay vpa id.
Transaction done on **/**/**** and till date **/**/**** issue not resolved by that redbus people,no of complaintsn through mails and app simply sending issue resolved check at your banks end. Is this a way to behave.
