On **th May I had order food for my child. Order id # ***********. I had placed the order at * pm and Swiggy simply cancelled the order at **:** pm. My child was starving badly and had to sleep without eating anything. Now it's more than ** days I still have not received the refund. Compensation zero. I hope people stop using this app. Uber Eats is way beyond better than Swiggy.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
