I have ordered food online with swiggy. I made the payment through online transaction. The restaurant failed to deliver it & they cancelled the order. I requested to refund the money they said the money will automatically credit to the account within *-* working days. Now it's more than ** days they not credited money of my two transactions.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
