Amazon - Money not refunded

On *st February **** Amazon team contacted me to offer a job in Visakhapatnam district. I have applied for that job and for registration, account opening and courier charges totally I paid ***** rupees to Amazon. Unfortunately, I lose my job now when I ask about my money they are telling me you will get your money but its passing one month but till now I did not receive any mail from them. Please help me to refund my money.
