I placed an order for crocs on November **th and payed for it through UPI. I cancelled that order within ** minutes since I ordered the wrong item. My money still hasn’t been refunded and I have emailed crocs multiple times but there is no reply. I have also tried calling their customer service but they never answer the phone.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
