Airtel Digital Tv - Money not refunded

I had recharged my dth with ₹*** at * pm on **th March ****. My services were activated after making * calls at *:** pm. On **th March ****, the dth was suspended at about *:** am and was told upon calling customer care it's due to low balance. I had since called Airtel customer care for about ** times until **th March **** and received different reasons each time. I'm fed up of calling them and have decided to just drop a complaint here.
