I have booked a flight ticket from this website but within ** minutes they have cancelled the booking and not refunding the money. Tried to reach their customer care multiple time but not able to connect with them. Every time the call gets disconnected. looks like they are fraud company. Lot of refund complaint is logged on different portal against the refund. Below is my booking reference number REF********* Its been more than ** days now and i have not received the refunds yet. Last time they said that they havre released the amount but i think they are taking money from every customer and making interest out of it and not returning. I feel that they will run with my money also. I am not sure what they will do with my hard earned money.
