Sourya Rathore filed complaint against Travolook on Aug 24, 2021
I have booked a flight ticket for **th July from Pune to Ranchi with GOFIRST Airline via Travolook but the flight got cancelled due to some operational issue from the airline side.
I had informed the same to Travolook agent over call and also dropped email regarding the same on **.**.****. From, then till today, I am still getting the same answer and that is I need to wait for some more days.
I got the confirmation from the airline side that the amount is refunded to Travolook on **.**.**** and same I had informed to Travolook via call and email
Till today no clue when I will get my money back, upon asking several times * of the agent says that **** will be credited and some of the agents say **** will be credited and they also search for a way to credit the money back to Travolook wallet which is against their refund policy.
I have all the recordings of calls with their agent related to this issue and Also, have agents names with their employee numbers recorded.
Please help me
