Veerendra Kumar Achanta filed complaint against Travolook on Aug 6, 2021

On **th July, I booked a flight from Hyd to BNGLR for Jul **, and payment is done for Rs.****/-. Payment is done through SBI Credit Card.
Passenger names: Mangala Achanta and Tanvi Nunna. and the email address given at the time of booking is mangala.nunna@gmail.com.
Got a mail with the REF # REF*********, saying the booking got cancelled.
It was communicated that due to some technical issue from the airlines end, the booking has been cancelled on the same day i.e. Jul ** and got a call from travelook explaining the same and informed that the full amount refund is initiated from travelook.
But till date I didn't receive my refund. I called them twice and they said some technical issue and asked me to wait for *-** days. Now their customer call number is also not working.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
