Travolook - Money Not Refunded

Arbind Kumar Singh filed complaint against Travolook on Jul 9, 2021

I have booked my Family Ticket on ** June ****, As soon as I Made the Payment of Rs. *****/- for My Tickets, Received a call to pay another ****/- to confirm the booking, I denied. After five Minutes they cancelled my Booking and send mail about the refund of Rs. *****/-. Today is **-**-**** my amount didn't refunded. when I approached them through mail, they are simply given the reply that it will take * to ** working days.
There response is very casual, and smell cheating behaviors. Please help me to realize my money.
