I have ordered Hot life charcoal grill on ** FEB ** OD******************. But order is not placed also the transaction got successful from the banking end. The refund has not yet been initiated.
Their reference number is UPI/************.
I have raised a request to check from ** Feb onwards till now the issue is not solved. I have been told to wait for *- * working days but even though the issue is not yet solved.
As flipkart suggested to file a chargeback to bank. ICICI bank provided me the clear details below.

The Beneficiary bank has confirmed that the beneficiary's account has been credited with Rs.***.**. With reference number given.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
