Ajio - Money not refunded

I had purchased a pair of shoes from Ajio but returned them within * days as I did not like them. I chose to get the amount refunded to my bank account, but the process failed and the money was transferred to my Ajio wallet.

There is an option to transfer the amount to my bank account again, but whenever I go through the mandatory steps, the last step requires that an OTP arrives on my phone and email. This OTP never comes through.

I have tried calling their customer service but they never pick up the phone. I have emailed them, but they always say the same thing.

Please help.
