Payio Obed filed complaint against Myntra on Mar 18, 2021
I made two separate orders (₹**** and ₹****) on myntra where successful payment were made through paytm and the amount was debited from my account but due to some reason the orders were never in the orders list. I checked my paytm account where it showed the payment was successful at first but showed it was still processing after some time. I was relieved when it showed that the amount was refunded into my account on the first order I made but the amount never came into my account. The refund amount for the second order also faced the same problem.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
