Gomechanic - Money not refunded for unsuccessful accessories order

I tried to place an order for an accessory in gomechanic website.. Two times money debited but order not successful third money money debited and order successful.I received a product and I am satisfied with the quality.. Issue is * times debited money not refunded yet..I have contacted gomechanic customer care (**********) lot of times (around ** times) everytime they assured me they will arrange a callback from accessory debt. Even I sent a mail (along with proofs) to info@gomechanic.in. No reply for mail too.But I never received a call from accessory dept.. today(**.**.****) I interacted a persons named jaideep,maneesh. But no proper response.
