**. Trying to web checkin from my wife's fight from Ajmer to Mumbai. (Travel Date : **st Nov ****)
**. Checkin was unsuccessful using the Spice Jet's website & payment gateway was Amazon Pay. (Transaction Date : **th Nov ****)
**. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with SpiceJet team, I have still not received the refund. Tried escalating to "custrelations@spicejet.com", "appellateauthority@spicejet.com" & "nodalofficer@spicejet.com"
