my name is praveen. i have purchased a samsung product for *****/- from amazon which i have not received a product. they have initiated a part refund For ****/-
when am asking for the complete refund they are responding as per guidelines we can't refund the complete amount and as they provided a late refund. hdfc has charged emi convertion charges to me.
if any queries do call me at ********** / **********. call me before *pm In week days and weekends any time.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
