Tanmayee Bhosale filed complaint against Zepto on Aug 20, 2024
I was ordering few items on Zepto at **:** pm. I paid for the order through UPI and the payment was done successful and the amount was deducted from my account, but the Zepto app showed transaction failed even after successful payment. And now the app is showing order canceled under ‘Orders’ section.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
