Hi, I had booked a Jet Airways ticket for travelling date ** Jun **** from Mumbai to Lucknow with PNR No. BCTLRB**.
Due to airlines crisis my journey got hampered and I was unable to travel. Its been now going to be * months but I havent received by ticket fare back from goibibo.
I had also booked a ticket for Lucknow to Mumbai through Jet Airways directly whose payment I got back within * month.
I dont understand why goibibo is not giving back my money back for which I am sure they would have received from jet airways, as in my another ticket I have got it back from airlines.
Please advice.
