I purchased a jacket in club factory the product was delivered but i am not satisfied because of poor quality so i returned the product and my money is not refunded yet i contact the customer care they said that they refund the amount on **.*.**** so i contact my bank they said there is no refund during the date the clearly explained the details and i have the detailed transaction list of January
