Jane Maria Mendonca filed complaint against PVR on May 9, 2024
We went for a movie at PVR in VR Mall, Bangalore. We got ourselves Popcorn and beverages. We were asked to pay by cash, to get our items.
During the break time when we realised that he hadn't given us the bill. We went to the counter demanding for the bill. The person refused to give the bill, blaming on poor network of the building. We showed them other counters working completely fine.
The manager came to us, he refused to help us in situations and asked to figure it out online.
On seeing the no bill refund policy, we demanded for the refund. The manager started taking the cashier side and refused to help us.
We were helpless but look for a solution online. The customer is fooled again and managers refuses to help us out in situation like this.
