Xiaomi - Money not refunded! Harassing us!

I am sure that like every company, your company too must be maintaining proper database of the customer, which can be fetched and accessed easily by your customer care as well as your backend and escalation teams. Then honestly I fail to understand why is returning money so difficult for your company! Why is your company people making this procedure so complicated and whiling away time? Your refund procedure is like and endless loop where you torture and harass us purposefully and make us repeat the same story again and ask us for same details again and again even though you already have all details in your database. Its simply clear that you people are purposefully harassing us as you need to refund our money!
