I received ****₹ on *rd June on my Paytm business application.
I transferred it to my DBS bank A/C and it showed successful on the application but I never received money in my account.
I contacted Paytm business helpline regarding the issue and they said money has been settled into my DBS account and have me a reference no. But on contacting the bank denied any money being recived.
I contacted Paytm again and they asked me for my statement and since DBS dosent provide statement before the month is completed I had to provide them screenshots for banking statements for June.
After calling everyday and getting same response that you will recive callback,your issue will be resolved I was tortured for ** days only to get an answer from there team that they only accept PDFs so now I had to wait till *th July and now once my DBS statement for June was generated I sent them the statement for June and now they are saying that they need my SBI statement as it is linked to my Paytm and the problem is I have not been using SBI since long time and now I can't login as it says contact home branch which is ****km away from me in Bengaluru.
I asked them why are they suddenly asking for SBI statement but they have no proper answer and they don't know what happened to my ****₹.
I am now considering that money gone it was literally stolen from me by Paytm.
They have one of the worst possible customer services.
