I had purchased a New Airtel Digital Tv connection under Customer Id: ********** on *st January ****, under an offer of * Months Free HD. But after one month, the HD packs were deactivated. When contacted repeatedly, they say as per order of TRAI all the previous offers have expired and I have to purchase it again

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
