While I was looking for an Air Indian ticket from pune to srinagar ,i came across travolook, offering cheap rates ,i booked a ticket for mubashir dar through mubashir dars yes bank account for the first .time .It showed processing in ** minutes..By then I received an email saying Ticket is being processed... same time my amount was deducted from my bank account. sounding something fishy i called their customer care,same time i got a call from their side saying , Ticket price has been hiked by **** Rs you need to pay them else you can cancel it...I opted to cancel it..The person said ok and i will be receiving an email about cancellation and amount will be refunded back within ** hrs..i received an email for cancellation but there is no confirmation of refund .I have been trying to call them continuously but there is no response..
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
