Ajio - Money is not yet refunded

I ordered a footwear from ajio app ( Order ID: FL********** ) on **th December ****. The product without any tag in a bad package was delivered on *nd january ****. I requested for a return pickup on the same day as the size was smaller for me. On the next day *rd January **** the guy from the courier collected the package. But then he called me and told me they cant return it as it had no tag on it (the package came without any tag though). The app shows the refund is partially initiated. The package is still in the courier office. Im getting calls from ajio telling me that my return is rescheduled. It actually was returned. I dont know what to do. I really need my money back. Please please help me with this.
