I booked a flight from kanpur to mumbai with ref no: REF********* with Travolook website, i got a mail in ** min after my booking that "Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF*********" .they said they will refund my amount wcich was **,***/- .with in ** -** days. but i did not get any refund then i called again in ** days ,they asked me to wait again.again i called thay told the same thing ,i called around ** times to them but still they are not refunding my money. Please look into this matter.many other passenger are also facing this fraud. Please take legal action against them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
