My HP laptop was not working. So I connect with the HP service center. They told me that my laptop battery is not functioning. They said if I replace it the laptop will start working again. I paid the quotation amount of Rs. ****/-. The technician came home and replaced the battery but still the laptop was not working. I was told if the solution is not given the amount will be refunded. It has been more then ** days, I have not got my refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
