After booking hotel in mussorie through oyo app, named seven heaven, we directly reached to hotel. It was prepaid booking, they denied to check in....manager told us that hotel is not working with oyo....but oyo having the name of hotel in their list and confirmed our booking by deduction money. After deny check-in oyo booked another hotel for us in replacement that was totally different from the hotel we booked... No food facility, no parking facility, road was also very dangerous for reaching the hotel... So we request to book another hotel with all facilities we booked previously... But they denied for that.... And told us that we cancelled your booking and refund will initiate in *-** days.... Now it's above * month... Neither they refunding nor receiving call... Making fool of us since one month by sending mail... Your refund will initiate *-** days... Sometime mail like *-** days....
