Max Fashion - Money is not refunded

My order no ********** from max fashion was returned by me on * of March and it reached on ** of March for quality check and I told max for a refund in my bank account. It's been ** days I daily call max but they do daily drama and not paying attention to my matter plus I even told them to give me product back if can't refund. They still not doing that at the time of return I chatted with them before returning product because the product was not ok. I want my money or my product back from max because they are cheating me. Please help.
