Mostbet - Money has not been credited in my gaming ID

Hi team,

I have made a deposit of **** on *th of april by evening.

It didn't get credited in my gaming ID.

I contacted the chat support they said they are looking into it and they will resolve the query.

Its been * days no one has updated me regarding the same.

During that i have made another transaction of *****.

Same situation and same position.

Contacted chat support where no one is helping.

They are replying my msgs on their convenience.

Non responsive.

I have decided to mail them.

Its been * days.

Not a single response i have got on my mail.
