Travolook - Money Got deducted while booking flight ticket

I booked my ticket today afternoon from lucknow to Hyderabad from travolook.My money got deducted but my ticket was not booked.I immediately called the customer care and asked them for my refund.They told me to book another ticket as due to some operational issues your tickect did not got booked and we will refund your money in *-* days. I immediately searched about the company on google and as per the reviews i got to know that this website is a scam. Please help me in getting my money back. My reference ID is REF*********.
