Hi Ola,
For CRN **********.
Money from my ola wallet got deducted which was amount rs ***.
And since the driver is telling that he did not receive the money after that. He insisted on cash which I denied but he started forcing to pay in cash. Hence I paid him *** via UPI.

After reaching home I checked properly I saw that my money got deducted from ola wallet properly and sent those screenshots to the driver for his satisfaction and I requested the driver to refund the money which I paid him via UPI.
Please settle the dispute after consulting driver.
I have paid both in case and from wallet.
I request you to refund the extra amount ie *** to my Ola wallet.
Since I have paid extra rs ***.
Please settle the dispute with driver.
