I placed an order on Myntra ,but it was cancelled after debited money from my account .I tried contacting through their mail address, but none of it is working . Whenever I write complaint through the app they give some random unrelatable answers and mark the query as resolved. Once when they replied they said that my refund has been processed on **th Feb **** and I will recieve my money on *th Feb ****, how's that even possible. I even have the screenshot of the conversation.Please guide me how should I get my money back
