I wanted to add money to my COinDCX wallet the only option present on the site was through net banking (IMPS) , money got debited from my account on ** may **** at **:** am and today even after ** hrs its not getting credited in my coindcx wallet , i raised multiple complaint tickets to company but from there end there is no response, there is no point of contact to the company. Highly disappointed and my ***** rs is just debited but not shown in the wallet.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
