I was using their app for the first time I was booking a train ticket so as I had done the payment the app closed automatically so as I reopened it no transaction was available in the history/booking and the refund is also not provided and I don't have any hope of getting the refund so I am filing a complaint against them
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
