Axis Bank - Money deducted without Justification

This is not the first time, they charged me an EMI for an cancelled transaction for * months. After finding out, they refunded my money back. This time again they have deducted amount from my account saying EMI bounce charges. When talked to their customer care executives, the loan department says no charges have been applied from their end, Credit card department says no bounce charges from their end too. When asked for the banking executives they claim it be bounce charge from credit card. Every department from this bank is just claiming over each other but not justifying why the amount was deducted and this is running from past few days. I wonder how many more accounts have been falsely charged and have gone unnoticed. Requesting you to provide me justice and imply heavy charges on them so that the same thing wont happen again with any other accounts.
