I tried booking flight on **st Jan **** from Chandigarh to Pune via Delhi. *****.**/- was deducted vide entry no. CCAHA*OCK***IGAHZPUY. Ticket wasn't booked but money got deducted.
I tried representing a lot of times and either their customer care keep me on waiting of do not resolve. Even tried through eva. They asked additional information twice and when I provided second time another mail came that we haven't received and case will be closed and further closed the case showing no info received. This is treacherous. Too disappointed
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
